These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialBox, a social media management platform made by Digital Heroes ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using SocialBox (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SocialBox lets agencies and businesses manage their Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn organization pages, and TikTok accounts from a single dashboard — including reading and replying to messages and comments, scheduling and publishing content, and viewing engagement and audience analytics. The Service acts on your behalf only for the connected accounts and platforms you explicitly authorize, and only for the actions you request.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, and you must have the legal authority to connect any social media account or Page you associate with SocialBox — either because you own it, or because the owner has authorized you to manage it on their behalf.
SocialBox integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok through their respective official APIs. Your use of these connected platforms through SocialBox remains subject to each platform's own terms of service and developer policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or interruptions imposed by these third-party platforms that are outside our control.
When you connect a TikTok account and choose to publish content through the Direct Post feature, you confirm that you are the account owner or have that owner's explicit authorization to publish on their behalf, and that the content you publish complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. SocialBox does not review or moderate the content you choose to publish.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected platform; publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data not belonging to you; or use automated means to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's operation, including its connections to third-party APIs.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through SocialBox. By using the Service to publish content to a connected account, you grant us the limited right to transmit, store, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Service — for example, to schedule a post or upload a video to TikTok on your behalf.
Our collection and use of your information, including data obtained through connected platforms, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) may be affected by changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms that are outside our control, including API version changes, rate limits, or account-level restrictions imposed by the platform itself.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse a connected platform's API, or if required to do so by a connected platform. Upon termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Heroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, loss of access to a connected account, or action taken by a third-party platform against your account.
Digital Heroes may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
